LATEST NEWS: The Harlow Community Garden group are now meeting at the later time of 11am-1pm every Monday for the winter period (November – February).

Working with nature is an recognised way of improving your mental health. At our Recovery Through Nature groups you’ll learn gardening skills, work on conservation projects and meet new friends. You’ll also be getting valuable exercise. Groups include allotments, a community garden, and conservation project sat the Langdon Hills Nature Reserve in collaboration with the Essex Wildlife Trust and at Beth Chatto Gardens near Colchester. Chelmsford Allotment Group Tuesday 10am to 1pm
Colchester Allotment Group Monday and Wednesday 11am-2pm
