Peer led activities

Our community groups and activities are open to adults 18+ who would like to meet others on their journey of recovery from mental ill health and/or substance/alcohol misuse. We want you to feel included in friendly, sociable activities and events, at the groups you can talk through any difficulties you have and socialise with people who will be empathetic and supportive.

The Volunteers who run these activities and groups are all people who have been affected by mental ill health and/or substance/alcohol misuse and provide a friendly welcome and give support to others.
