Mind in West Essex
Mind in West Essex has over 25 years’ experience of delivering community based mental health services. They support people affected by mental ill health to make positive changes in their lives and to improve their emotional resilience. In addition to the social inclusion and recovery service they also offer counselling, practical help for wellbeing, older people’s befriending and a wide range of training including Mental Health First Aid Courses.
Phoenix Futures
Phoenix Futures have helped people overcome drug and alcohol problems for over 45 years. They provide residential, prison, community and specialist services. Currently, Phoenix Futures provides the Full Circle service to offenders with additional and complex needs in Essex, and through Foundation66 (a part of the Phoenix Futures Group) runs the current Support, Advice and Mentoring Service (SAMS).
Mid & North East Essex Mind
Mid and North East Essex Mind believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis, they’ll listen, give you support and advice and fight your corner. And they’ll push for a better deal and respect for everyone experiencing a mental health problem. They work with children from the age of 5 and adults of all ages. Some people use their services for only a little while and others might need help for longer.
